Our van carries its own pure water. We only need access to the garden or roof terrace.

Our method
Pure water and soft brushes. Nothing else touches your glass.
Most window cleaners work with a bucket, soap and a squeegee. We filter tap water in three stages until nothing but pure water is left. It loosens the dirt, rinses it away and dries without a trace.

What we use
- Carbon fibre water-fed poles. We clean up to three floors high while standing on the ground.
- Soft brushes made for solar glass. They lift sand and bird droppings without scratching the anti-reflective coating.
- Our own water supply in the van. No need for your tap or your hose.
- Biodegradable products indoors. Only for villa and rental cleaning, never on panels or outside glass.
What we never use
- High pressure on solar panels. It can force water into seals and frames and put your warranty at risk.
- Detergents on outside glass. Soap leaves a film that attracts dust, so glass gets dirty faster.
- Scrapers or scouring pads. They scratch coated glass and solar panels.
- Ladders on your roof tiles. We do not walk on your roof or your panels.

Do I need to be home?
No. We only need access to the garden or roof terrace. You get before and after photos by email or WhatsApp.
Is pure water safe for my solar panels?
Yes. We use only pure water and soft brushes, without detergents, scrapers or high pressure, so the coating and seals are not damaged.
How often should solar panels be cleaned?
For most homes here, twice a year is enough. After a heavy calima an extra clean is worth it, because the dust stays on the panels until it is washed off.
What does it cost?
Solar panels from €12 per panel, windows from €75 per villa, Villa Care from €55 per month. You always get a fixed price before we start. Prices exclude 21% IVA.
How do I pay?
One-off jobs by bank transfer or Bizum after the visit. Plans are paid monthly by direct debit.
Are you insured?
Yes. We have liability insurance for all our work.
Do you work outside your area?
Our base area runs from Torrevieja to Pilar de la Horadada. For other places, ask us; we may charge travel costs.
